WELCOME TO CLAPHAM BAPTIST CHURCH

Welcome to Clapham Baptist Church, an evangelical community of  believers seeking to follow Jesus Christ. Our emphasis is on helping people to find faith, friendships and family. We all want to find a place where we belong. 

You will find us to be a friendly church, welcoming all people regardless of race, ethnic background or age and you will find our worship services are lively. Hospitality is one of our strengths.

Like many churches we are rebuilding after the pandemic. We are aware that people's lives were turned upside down and so we are reaching out to the local community.

On Saturday mornings you will find members outside the church praying for the people and sharing their faith.

We believe that God is calling us to be a "Door of Hope" for our local community where people can find a safe place to belong.

Together we witness, share our joys and sorrows, join in worship and serve another in love.

Clapham Baptist Church is located at the corner of Victoria Rise and Wandsworth Road in the heart of Clapham town; it is very accessible either by bus, tube, or train.
